2.The person who works at an office in Hyogo.
3.The person who attends to university, junior college or technical college etc. in Hyogo.

# The person who lives in Hyogo and is under 18 years old can read only.

Please note that, when the LAIC opens until 19:00, after 17:00, you can read, but you can't borrow.

At Himeji Campus for Engineering, Harima Campus for Science, Himeji Campus for Human Science and Environment, Kobe Campus for Commerce and Kobe Campus for Information Science, you can read and borrow books. But at Akashi Campus for Nursing, you can only read books.

Before tests and during test periods for students of University of Hyogo, you can't borrow books. Concerning a concrete period, please check a notice inside the LAIC and this home page.
(Because this period differs in each LAIC, please confirm the details at a home page of the LAIC which you utilize).

You can't borrow reference books (dictionary and handbook etc.), magazines and research books for teachers.

Please fill in an application form for general users (Japanese only), and submit to the information desk. Simultaneously, please show the card that can verify your address and age, such as passport, driver's license, health insurance card, employee card and student's card.
After procedure ends, we issue your general user card at that place.
At the LAIC Himeji Campus for Engineering, Harima Campus for Science, Himeji Campus for Human Science and Environment, Kobe Campus for Commerce and Kobe Campus for Information Science, your general user card can be issued. In addition, you can utilize these 5 LAICs.

After the utilization procedure ends, general user card is effective for 1 year. When the card expires, please take a utilization procedure once more.
